Oakley Crew Sock Equivalent

First post in nearly a decade, but here goes!

Why did Oakley ever stop making their basic crew sock? Like the ones below:

My pairs have lasted years, I'd wear them almost daily with my RMs and on the weekends riding, but they're starting to wear thin and develop holes in them.

What can people advise as the next best thing on the market? They had the right amount of thickness and always seemed to stay put even after a long day of riding.

Globe Black Crew socks are my fav for day to day and ridding in 510 skate style shoes. Socks are one of those things that really shouldn't require that much thought but a good pair make every day better!

Best sock for cycling shoes in my experience is the Ground effects ones from NZ. Not cheap but a few pairs that where bought on special have lasted literally years. They also really thin with a light compression.

Unfortunately they haven't been cheap for years and it's got silly with the current state of the Australian Peso.
I have a a few pair of DeFeet Aireators that have refused to die for a long time.
The DeFeet socks aren't cheap but have to say that they are worth it and don't slide around.
