Umm, well if the person bought the frame in vic, and you buy it off them and live in vic, and its still in warrantee period, as much as distributors will love to tell you its not covered by warantee it is. Victorian legislation stipulates that warantee is transfered from owner to owner etc. That is unless of course, you do something stupid, like ride off a curb and crack the frame.
