Penguin MTB Park

The Cradle Coast MTB Club has been working on a big upgrade to the Penguin MTB Park for a couple of years now and we now have a landscape master plan released.

This is to update the park to a more professional looking destination that is expected now, to make it a more family friendly place and have a big emphasis on having plenty of adaptive MTB suitable trail.
Next steps for us are to chase some funding and get some tenders for design and build from contractors. We have finally got the local council on board with a council led working group and budgets for council resources to assist with the development, as it is all on council land and will become a council asset.

The Cradle Coast MTB Club had their AGM yesterday and a planning meeting for the Penguin MTB Park Redevelopment.
We discussed what is needed in the Park and what the focus will be. Next Level Mountain Bike are being contracted to come up with a full costed design so we can start chasing funding. I'm pretty keen to get stuck into it.
