PM receipts -what the?

yeah just wondering if there is any function of the pm receipts, i originally thought that they were to show that you opened the email but you dont even get any notification with them - is it just me or am i missing some vital purpose they serve?

When you are in the PM section, On the left hand side under "Private Messages" there is a link that says "Track messages".

Here you can see all the messages you have requested "read reciepts" for, and at the top it will show the ones that have been confirmed or read, and at the bottom it shows the ones that are unconfirmed/unread.

the worse thing is when people read them, don't reply or say 'confirm' when they read them! i hate those certain users. End rant.
