Finally got some piccies of my toy together...

Roughly 6.7kg...
Rides quite nicely thank you very much. Although I've got about 7000km on the R-Sys rear now and the rim is noticeably worn (front is basically new thanks to the nice Mavic recall)

He has his quick release in the non-traditional way, it's just wrong, they must go on the left...can you put your front wheel on back to front cause i must be missing something

I'm looking for a roadbike to start out on, around $1200. Second hand is fine, as i know I wont really get anything worthwhile new for that much, and i hate sora shifters. So if you guys have anything around that make, higher than sora, frame material doesnt bother me, and im 178cm tall.
I've had a look on ebay+road grime too, not much lucky.

nice bike Arran... I loved my time on the Look, its my second favourite French bike!
But yeah two of the R-sys spokes broke... cutting short the test on those wheels. i would dump em personally...
Just waiting on a seatpost and I will post my new bike up - should be tomorrow.
I can't seem to get attachments to work today... here is my new bike pre-steerer cut. Will ride here home tonight and then cut once I am happy.
