So, looking for something I can take on the train with me (29er no fit, thanks Vline) and this popped up.

It's a bit rough but I'm a little sentimental on Raceline, back when I was riding as a young lad Raceline were the shit at my LBS and I'd always lusted after one.

So what do you reckon, has Sram x9 groupset, deore hubs on some skinny wheels, shimano something or other brakes and an oldish looking Manitou (expert something I think) fork.

Obviously I'm not going to pay $250 but is it worthwhile getting as a cheap hack?

What do you mean 29er no fit? I've done it a few times.

So have I, hardrock sits in the bike thing at an awkward angle and if there's more than 2-3 bikes it makes it a bit crap. Also the angle it sits on makes it susceptible to scratches from shitty fixies.
