got told from a person today about interschools the price will only be going up about $50 for chairlift and something else, not to sure, but i dont think it will be that much more

Whistler is two hours north of the main city in western canada that has thousands of rider. Whistler itself has quite a solid population so those numbers were always going to come as long as the product was good.

If it is true that there are more tracks being opened up, xc or dh, that a huge step in the right direction. We as riders would be crazy not to support it. Let the momentum grow.
