It's time for a change for my Giant dh comp (large), and I really want something that pedals better and I would like the option of 2 front chainrings, however I will still keep racing DH. And I still won't be competitive! I've tried a glory dh1 in medium and it felt too short and too high in the BB, yet the large is massively bigger looking at the specs. I've been offered a great deal on a VP free, and I really like my mates V10. Has anyone ridden both the giant and VP free? I'm quite concerned that most of the gripes people have with them includes a high bb, yet it measures at the same height as my giant, which I find a bit high but fine. Any other suggestions - 7 point maybe? I'm only interested in a frame. Cheers.
