Review or comments on Thor Knee/Shin guards

Has anyone used Thor Knee/Shin guards?
They are a hard plastic articulated knee guards for motocross. They are similar to the Fox raptor guards but a bit more heavy duty. :?:

i had a set of thor knee shinnies .... the ones with no strap around the top where the knee part was and they wer HOPELESS the first day i had them i had the hugest crash and the slid off and as a result i ended up in hospital with a huge huge hole in my knee.......... if they wernt there it would have been worse but still if i had the dianese ones like i do now i dont think i would have had as much of an injury .... so yeh i dont recomend them man

my mate hates his cause they are really wide and they get hung up in the frame and cranks i like my raptors but the bolts in the knee part scracth th sh)t ot of your frame (dosent bother me but will kill resale prices) and the shin part needs to be a bit longer
