should be finished in a couple of weeks,
its gunna have a magura julie front brake

What fork are you using, and how are you going to put discs on them (I'm assuming you're using the fork in the picture)

well actually the forks in the pics are 24 inch forks off el cheapo mtb,
and theyr e not wide enough to take a disk hub,
i was planning on using these and welding some kind of mount.
plan B,
ihave some 96 mdl jr t lowers and crown
which im thinking i may seriouly modify for this ride

Spend some time with a dremel on that windshield.....
borrow one off a friend if you don't have one,
it'd work wonders on those rough edges.
