What the hell is that

That is a h.p.v, or human powered vehicle, schools make them out of cut and welded bike frames. It it just like a go kart thing but you lie down in it and you have to pedal. They have 3 wheels 2 20 inch at the front and your choice of a 20 24 or 26 in the rear. They are raced annually in queensland in conjunction with the schools at inter schools pedal prix, at marybourough (sp) and willowbank race way in endurance type events. there epic fun
