Shiver vs. Triple 8

Whats your guys take on these two forks? I am loooking at possibly replacing my Shiver with a T8, but how much does a T8 go for? I herd $1500 cnd, but i don't think thats right.

I heard $1800CDN. Thats about $2000AUD, but it never works out like that. I'd say about $23-2500AUD.
