Short cage derailleur on a Yeti SB66

Will a Zee short cage derailleur work on a Yeti SB66?

Got one on the ASR and it works great. But someone mentioned to me that it would not work on the SB as it needs more travel due to the way the switch works.

Anyone know if it can be done? Anyone done it?

It works on my sb95

I run a zee with a 11-36 cassette and a 32t single ring in an xl frame and it works a treat.

The sb95 would have the switch, so then it will work on the 66.

Good point, can you bleed my reverb for me. I bled the brakes on my SB today. Need to put a confession of the fuckwits on!:deadhorse:

Don't you mean maximum?

I think with the sb you may need toeave the chain a little longer than usual to counter the rearward movement.
