Sig codes

there needs to be a sig code for more places. how about one for each cap city? INCLUDING Canberra! any other places should post here as well, get your town on the map! (sortof)

edit your sig code yourself, just copy it, edit it in paint, and put the new sig code in instead of the one youve been assigned
