Let's not forget that the One 9 is SS only, whereas the steel is SS or geared.

The SIR9 has a SRP of $1195, and the One9 an SRP of $1155.

Reynolds stickers are expensive, but compare the weight of the 853 frame to the weight of a Surly KM/Singular Swift/Salsa El Mariachi/etc etc sub $1000 frames. Great frames, but if you want light, 853 is gold.
