I built this last year after buying it from the original owner (riding mate) as a frame/fork/shock. I was looking for something a little more aggressive than my XC bike, it is a lovely bike but I prefer something a little more XC than the big Yeti.

I keep to the basic 3 types of bikes hifi, XC, Trail & Downhill. It fits somewhere in there.

What year is frame?

Given 120mm is mid travel 29 these days, and generally considered top end of "XC". Curious as to what your new bike is.

Yeti frame is 2014. Bought new in 2015 and not ridden a lot.

New bike is 2018 Anthem Adv Pro 1 29er, test rode that and the new Element.

Really surprised how active the new anthem is, feels like it has more travel than it has. It's low weight, 1x12 and decent wheelset is excellent value, all i will add is a dropper post. The Yeti was great at places like Bright, You Yangs, not so nimble on tight single track.

Around 90% of my riding is XC single track, so most of my time is on my current 27.5 Anthem. Yeti gets a little neglected.

Hi. My friend is very interested, but would like to discuss. He's having some issues with the forum. Is there an email address he could discuss further with you?

Thanks.
