Extra Info: This is a pair of near-new Bontrager Cambion shoes that are in excellent condition. They've been used about half a dozen times, though unfortunately my narrow feet just haven't gelled with them. With such little mileage on them, the shoes are in 100% functioning condition, with only a few aesthetic marks on the sole. Otherwise there are no tears in the upper, no cracks in the carbon sole, no rips to the rubber tread blocks - there is simply no damage whatsoever.
The size is EU 44, which is a US 11 or UK 10. They are true to size, and share a similar fit to Shimano, though the Bontrager's are a little roomier in the toe box for added comfort without pinching on the ends of your feet.
The Cambion is designed as a tough but lightweight XC/trail riding shoe, with a stiff carbon sole that's designed to deliver good power transfer. The outsole features rubber tread blocks to provide traction when walking around off the bike, so they're a lot more functional than most XC race shoes that have plastic lugs instead. The upper is super comfortable, with a single BOA dial allowing for quick fine-tune adjustments. There's a no-slip heel liner, as well as extra protection around the heel and toe box.
