I think they are awesome wheels but kinda want something colourful
They are alloy but as for weight you will need to check the SRAM website, they definitely aren't heavy though haha

Do you know if these can convert to 20mm front and standard driver?

they can swap to std 9-10 spd driver fairly easily, don't think they offer a 20mm conversion [could be wrong]
