The Forefront is Smith Optic's premium mountain bike helmet that's designed to combine the lightweight and breathability of an XC helmet with the protection of an All Mountain lid. It uses the unique Koroyd material to deliver excellent breathability, while actually delivering improved absorption qualities over standard EPS foam. It is also the higher end MIPS model, which uses an additional liner inside to help reduce the effect of rotational forces on the brain during an oblique impact. This helps to deliver a safer helmet for mountain bikers who charge hard, and need the protection to match. Full In-Molding gives the Forefront helmet a high quality finish, and the integrated visor offers tilt adjustment to eliminate sun glare as needed.
The size is a Medium (55-59cm), though the Forefront uses a fully adjustable retention system that allows you to customise the anchor points for both vertical and horizontal adjustment of the adjuster wheel. The result is a comfortable and truly customisable fit.
