one thing though it looks like there are two quite substantial dints on both of the chain stays?
also where abouts do you live might be coming down goldy way tomorrow and would like to stop in and have a look/ test ride if possible

i think those "dents" are moulded into the frame, on the chainstay

Dents are part of the frame design.
NOTE: that they are in exactly the same spot on either side, and exactly the same shape.
