I feel for you man, same thing happened to me selling my 06 frame..

Ok cool. Im 194cm so it should be an interesting ride. But Nathan Rennie rides one so hopefully it should be ok. I can give you $800 right now plus $20 for postage.

Pretty sure you'll find it includes the shock mate.

As a general rule you should usually asume a frame includes the shock unless stated otherwise. As is the case when you purchase it new.

As tumble said, fox shock included. It has a 400 spring back in it that was the original as i ran a 450 ti spring.

From the pic looks like its a fox dhx5.. probably a 07 or 08 model.
