I really like these.

You see all these posts about "which bike to buy", everyone seems to forget about the Status. Sure, it's no Demo, but I'd take one over an Aurum or Glory any day of the week.

Might I suggest any brake set in the world ahead of 2013 saint's? Why not get the avids fixed? They'll need a proper bleed from new to get them to feel good, and if they're truly faulty get them warrantied... If you do want Shimano's though, get some m810 saints second hand, far better than m820.

Sweet bike though, looks like it's a lot of fun to ride!

Kidding yourself. The 820s are freaking amazing IMO. I replaced the 810s on one of my bikes, and now I've done the same with the rest. Love them to bits.

I cant get the avids fixed because the front back including the X5 shifter got snapped of once i crashed in middle of January. and with the m820 saints ive used the saints and i loved them. I find that Shimano brakes are more superior then avids, after having a set of avids i can say i will never go back to avids until they pick up with there brakes

My experience and that of many others must be quite different then. I gave them many chances to amaze me and they let me down time and time again.
