Sram Cassette Removal Tool

Fellow Burners,

would anyone be able to shed some light on what tool I need to remove a SRAM PG-1030, 10-speed cassette?

I am looking to have a crack at upgrading the drivetrain on my bike myself, have had a look around on CRC and all the tools appear to be shimano compatible but I cant find anything that appears to be sram compatible?

So im wondering if they take the same tool?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Normal cassette removal tool. Shimano and Sram use the same lock-ring, freehub spline pattern etc.

You'll also need a chain whip to hold the cass while undoing the lock ring-

When i went for an upgrade i just got a toolset for around $45 off fleabay. Has just about everything, including the lockring tool and chainwhip
