SRAM shifter clamps

Looking for a pair of bar clamps for SRAM X9 shifters (I think the clamps are pretty universal from x7 to X0)

Currently running matchmakers with Hayes brakes, looking to change brakes, but don't have anyway to attach my shifters - hoping someone has a set of shifter clamps that they don't need anymore, or some stuffed shifters that they take the clamps off?
