My OCD predisposition insists that I tell you that the cap on the XT lever is on upside down.
 
Thanks for the comments guy - not really interested in splitting.
Never paid any attention to those brake covers, but now you mention it, it does make sense that they are on the wrong way (I've never bleed the brakes).
