I just uploaded the photo's to my flickr, edited the exposure and colour a bit (couldn't be feeecked loading photoshop for all of them) then using gickr.com which accesses your flickr when you enter your username, selected the images and it turned it into a gif. Soo easy, the maximum amount of photo's is only 10 however but for shots like above it works well.

You can choose how big the gif is and how fast you want it to flash through; point 8 of a second is what I've got the above one set at and 450x size.

The other shots I sharpened too much, erhh.
