Tasmania to Subsidise E-Bike Purchases

A friend sold car, bought a Tern cargo bike of some sort (~$10k), pretty nifty and they seem to be only 250w
I have considered getting a cargo bike. They just need to extend the pathway from Penguin to Ulverstone, so I can do the grocery shopping.

Whenever I have been in Hobart Town , there are a lot of e- cargo bikes with happy squealing children being transported along with lentils hahaha
And the e- mt bees certainly like to mix it up with the traffic on the commute
