The Bike Shed Mortdale
Hello ladies and gents,
We are looking for another staff member here at The Bike Shed Mortdale. Some staff members have moved to other areas in the shop so we are now looking for a new web sales staff.
Pre-requisites for the job;
- General computer knowledge including;
o Opening, editing and creating documents and spreadsheets in Microsoft Office
o Reading and replying to emails
o Understanding of stock management systems (any sort of experience in retail software is highly regarded)
o Basic trouble shooting of daily computer related tasks (printer queues, program crashes and general IT/Web security)
- Job motivation
- Confident with sales and customer service
- Self management skills
- Can handle working under pressure with daily task deadlines and have an understanding of time management
Prior experience in a retail or customer service related job is preferred and so is an understanding of the latest bicycle parts and technology.
