absolutely ridiculous.
1. We are a threat to children that live there? They shouldnt be playing on the streets, cars are much more likely to hit the children and cause much more damage than a dude on a bloody push bike would do.
2. We are too noisy? The most noise we would make is talking at the start of a run about 20 metres from someones house yea? What happens when two people are going for an early morning jog past the houses, i assume they would talk occasionally. A car driving by is much louder than our tyres going over a couple sticks and rocks. Im sure that if some parts of the tracks run behind peoples houses, we can detour further away from them. Instead of parking the car right at the front of the entrance, park at the shops. Multiple problems solved.
3. We are harming the environment? Im sure the local residents drive cars and use electricity in their houses. As long as we stick to the 2 foot wide track, then we cant be harming too much away from the track. I mean seriously, people have built houses and roads through this kind of bush.
4. There are always adds on tv telling kids to get outside, 'dont sloth on the couch', keep activated, ride a bike instead of driving a car and all that. Well we are doing just that. We are socialising and keeping fit and healthy. Seriously, we could be dealing drugs, vandalising or robbing shops, but instead we choose to ride amongst the nature. This world we live in these days...seriously.
Im sure there are more reasons and stuff that I have stupidly not seen or realised but come on, there really is nothing wrong with this, sometimes people have to put up with things that dont suit their comforts. On this world you can never live in a completely peaceful and safe place, go to heaven for that shit.
