Finally got this dialed. Still has a heavy ass frame, so a newer lighter one is on the cards soon. But other than the weight its feeling really nice and smooth. Good ol' Dandelion.

And Morris, he doesn't get spec-list because I don't know the parts but, he was adopted from the neighbor for $20, Single speeded, new bar tape and tube and the commuter was born. Silly thing is about five days later I got my Ps

Any suggestions for upgrade and any comments would be much appreciated.

Way less ghetto than it did the day we built it up, and no more scary preload forks!!

Weighed the Parker yesterday and she came in at a meaty 15.6kg Any ideas on how to cut the fat out?

Nice bikes. New seat and post combo on the parker, maybe ifly and i beam would drop a fair bit of weight. Fly weight tubes, lightweight pedals bars stem etc.
