Deflecting beam torques wrenches never need calibration. Park tool used to make some good ones. The big dogs are Warren and Brown but they are pricey. Look up Tohnichi on ebay for more reasonably priced ones.

Yep. Been eyeing them off for a while and my old ball end p-handles and unbrako hex keys were getting a bit sloppy.
just about any hacksaw will do, as long as it's not a total POS. It's really the blade that counts - some are for cutting metal, some are specific for carbon steerers.
See if you can stretch to a cordless mini bandsaw skin to suit your existing batteries. I use this more than I thought was possible.

Ummm dont. They cause deformation on soft materials and then you need to file the tube to get it all to fit.
