I bought mine from yarra valley cycles, have only had good service there.

pushie enterprizes is the best bet, although i wouldnt be so focused on Ti. i had an Obtanium coil on a customers demo, i weighed it up against the K9 Race Coil, and it was only 40g heavier. it was also pretty much bang on the stated coil rate. which when tested against all the other OEM and Ti coils we had, some new some used, they were as much as 50lb +/- of the stated coil rate. new coils were a little less although not by much.

i recommend a k9 race coil not only because they lighter, but because they are closest to the desired rate, and backed (manufactured) by the world leader in coil spring manufacturing; eibach.
