The silver on 01 hayes hydro parts, the bit that youy pull in, how do i tighten it? its loose and wobbly

If the lever blade is loose and wobbly (common problem with hayes over time) it could either be the small black pivot bushings needing replacement, or if you look closely the pivot hole [not sure of actual name] in the lever blade (where that round thing is with the grub screw through the middle- that pushes into the master cylinder) could be ovalised - in which case, you can't do a whole lot....

i've got the same problem with my '02 hayes comp hydros.....oh well...it hasnn't affected braking yet...
