tire choice - rolling resistance

looking for a 20" tire that offers absolute minimum rolling resistance, tire to be run on a hotmix road only so grip is not a large issue but max speed is, i.e. gravity run so my thoughts where 1.5" or less and able to run at least 80 Lb what do you guys think, see pick to get an idea what this is for, yes thats a bmx in the forground

Hookworms are pretty slick and roll well, can be run at high pressure. Heavy though

pretty much enough grip to steer/stop and thats about it

What about a 1.90 KHE Park? They are super light and slickish, Can be run at 110psi etc. Heres the link.
