I have a spare lever and caliper - seals are gone, but if you have the piston for the lever, the lever body itself is OK.

i've got a spare hayes 01 model lever (only 1) which goes on front or rear coz it flips over... brand new still in the packet.... it retails for $300 so make me an offer if your interested
