Topping out

ive made a budjet dj bike and i got a set of marzocchi dirt jam pros and i no they are known for topping out i dont really can that much but i wanna no how to stop them from doing so.
i dont have a rebound adjuster on the bottom right leg and i can't find it on the inside
any ideas?

It's on the inside, very far down.

Easiest to take the springs out and compress them.

*I don't actually know, this was just the case for my drop offs.

Same forks, same problem.

Marzocchi forks come stock with 7.5wt oil.

Try draining this, (after recording the oil levels ;)) and then replace it with some heftier 10 or 15wt oil. (Or mix the two together if you want to get a little funky.)

Also, if your up for it, have a play with the oil levels, this will help too.

i feel your pain brotherman!

i have a pair myself.

it sucks, they top out even when they are only 5mm compressed:eek:

i've tried lots of things, none have succeeded, i think we'll just have to live with it:(

mine only stopped it when i took all the air out but then they crazy soft
like 70mm of sag, in the end i just got some new forks
