Trails in Woodend VIC?

I see that Dirt Works coming up in November is in Woodend, VIC. Are there trails there that can be ridden year round? Does anyone have a links or info? I'm fairly new here and still trying to explore some new places to ride within a couple of hours of Melbourne. Thinking of a Easter Weekend day trip to do some riding at a new place.

That is a map of the main Wombat loop, although it is a little dated and a fair few changes have occurred since, however the course is relatively well signposted with red arrows.. If you head to Woodend, just drop into Woodend Cycles and they'll be able to give you some information. Also if you were super keen you could come to a Thursday night ride which go through the wombat trails/Mt Macedon. However you would have to pick your day as they sometimes go to Blackwood and Redesdale. Have fun!
