Oh god. Hard disagree about Bloomberg.
Sanders will get the nomination unless torpedoed by DNC...which is very possible.
Warren has the chops, and despite trump thinking his pocohuntus taunts won’t impress many people.
Biden will be pushed by the DNC, but he’s dead in the water. Mayor Pete has too much baggage, not enough experience...and the gay thing.
Bloomberg might not be the candidate of choice for most Democrats but he's one of the only ones capable of winning against Trump. Same goes for Biden. Why else do you think the Trump administration have expended so much effort in trying to take out Biden? They know the most important electorate (middle-aged and senior conservatives fearful of social change and their 401k's) and they know which swing-states they have to retain and they see him as a threat. Ironically his age which has been a handicap in the Democrat debates, might actually help as Trump can't really use that against it given he's also an old c***t in visibly worse health.
Bloomberg is cut from the same centrist cloth but has the advantage of being richer and with a lot less baggage - He's stated he's prepared to spend up to a billion dollars and has already been taking out campaign ads during Fox and Friends. Cash is King in the US after all. Both men also appeal to voters who may be tired of the relentless onslaught of 'Breaking News' that sprays out like explosive dysentery from the Trump White House.
That said if Bernie gets the nomination - which is very likely - he might manage to galvanize some disenfranchised voters with his anti-establishment stance (which worked for Trump after all) but personally I can easily see him becoming the US version of Jeremy Corbyn - worshipped by his faithful but feared by everyone else. I'd also argue that he's too tightfisted. He won't spend enough money campaigning where he needs to - on TV and in the newspapers 24/7 which is where the last Australian election seemed to be won and lost.
As for Warren, I think she's a non-starter. The Pocahontas thing will haunt her to her grave. It was a shitty act on her part and it plays perfectly into Trump's (tiny) hands. In the eyes of a lot of Americans she's also tarred with the 'Socialist' brush and has just a little bit too much of a reminder of Hilary Clinton about her. Trump will have a field day with her.
