Twenty6 Ti Pedal problem

I am after some help with my pedals; they have developed a creek when under load. I have pulled these apart and regreased; the outer bush area has signs of some wear along with its adjoining nylon locking bush (possibly I have over tightened these at some stage)
Any suggestion on rectifying this problem would be much appreciated
Is there a bushing kit available?
And can I purchase some additional pins for these also, i have tried to PM Nicho but no answer
Thanks again Jamie

Have the same pedals dude...

Creaking was there from day 1. I think it's a Ti thing of the fact they are tight so the pedal doesn't spin freely. I like the fact it stays horizonal unloaded.

Gone thru a set of pins once too. Nicho ignored my PM. Look on CRC, there are some traction pins with a hex base. A little heavier, but they work just as well and are more durable.
