Tyre inflation issue

Hey I finally converted my dualie to tubeless. The issue is my crappy floor pump is not powerful enough to inflate the tyres. Now I have a 3.5hp compressor in the shed with a schrader tyre attachment. But it doesn't work with any schrader to presta converter as they need a threaded connection. Anyone know any hacks for rigging up a compatible valve?

Sorry on night shift atm and my brain won't work.

Does any air come out of the nozzle if you press the inflator trigger without it being attached to a Schrader valve?

If not you most likely need to file a touch off the brass adaptor so that the nib inside the deflator comes in contact with the prestvalve tip.

Have you got one of the blower connections in your air tool kit ?

This one is 10yrs old, set up for only inflating tyres, actually the whole hose is set up for tyre inflation with no restrictions.

The little presta/schrader adaptor screws in with some thread tape.

I have another hose with a QR adaptor on it for other stuff rarely like a plasma cutter.

Alternatively, use some pointy nose pliers and pull the guts out of that connection valve, the press pin doesn't really need to be there as you have a trigger on the air gun.

That might work, I have something very similar to that so I'll try and rig up something tonight.

Second this - I remove the valve core, put the end of the air gun in so it sorta seals and go for it. Once it seats chuck the valve core back in and profit.

I have attachments for the valve/s but this is easier and seats much better
