Nick's List of Work to be completed
Log jump after log berm (about mid track). Needs more dirt and some sort of transition.
Next right hand corner needs berm
Next left hand corner needs berm.
3 log jumps need more work, mostly additional dirt.
Finish last months benching and make log jump work!
The second (lower) dirt berm that we did last month needs more work – packed in and smoothed off etc. maybe bring some water in to help pack it in.
The section after the last berm needs work. There is a spot where a retaining wall (log & 2 stakes) has been put in to increase the flow. This needs to be 600mm further out to work properly. Then the bench needs to be recut to make riders go out to the left so they can line up the drop and jump up.
Why work is necessary
Nearly all the realignment work for this trail has now been completed With the exception of the very top sectiion. We now need to refine and finish the the work we have done to improve the flow and function of the trail.
