Myself and a work mate both have steel framed single speeders that we commute to work on. We're currently having a pretty serious competition to see who can get their bike the lightest. He's currently winning as he his father has a old bicycle grave yard which he's picking bits out of. So I'm after some parts (Ideally cheap) to lighten my ride...

I have some Truvative cranks with duel chainrings. i dont imagine they are really light but depends on what you have now.
