Extra Info: friend is buying my bike and keeping his bars, so just looking for a cheap short stem and bars preferably around 700 wide to sell his old bikes so doesn't have to be flash everything I have is the older narrower stuff which I don't think people are interested in any more??

Thank you @moorey , I think bars are sorted with @EZZA 84, we are almost neighbours, just need to find a stem. Thanks for responding though!

UPDATE: bars are sorted, just chasing a short stem now in 31.8 or 35mm clamp. Many thanks!
