Warranty Issues... Please help!

Definitley seems like a weak point to me. My 2011 Torrent 3 snapped 2 weeks ago. Hoping for a new frame, whatever the colour is.

Definitley seems like a weak point to me. My 2011 Torrent 3 snapped 2 weeks ago. Hoping for a new frame, whatever the colour is.

It seems that this is the place where they go. Believe it or not we had 2 x Torrents go in that same spot on the same ride over the weekend... I couldn't believe it. Unfortunately one of them was bought 2nd hand, so i'm still awaiting any kind of response from Avanti as to where we might stand on gaining a new top half of the rear triangle whether it be through warranty or external purchase?.

Has anyone had any experience with dealing with Avanti and what they were like with this. Being that this is 26" I am guessing that it's falling into the pain in the arse category for them...

We'll see...

Mates one snapped same spot they replaced his rear triangle under warranty it might have been around 2 years old or just over?
