To announce his sponsors and kick off his campaign, Blake made the trek along with Jupiter 24 Productions and Jaime Black Photography to the 'Moo - a set of fresh and fast trails for him to get up to pace on his new Aurum. The trails treated him well, and by the end of the day his pace was off the chart, even leaving some of the local builders and riders surprised with his lines and gaps.

Blake is an extremely passionate and driven 20 year old. He has been racing the entire national & state series since 2006, and in that time Blake has made a name for himself in the Australian racing scene.
Working in the bike industry full time since the start of 2008 and part time for years before that has also given him a name as a successful mechanic in the bike industry. Blake has been unlucky in the last few years with injuries which haae held him back, however Blake still believes with his attitude towards training he can be a late comer into making a career out of racing downhill internationally. Blake is currently the full time mechanic and workshop manager at Blackman Bicycles Penrith.
For the 2013-14 season Blake has picked up several new sponsors including Norco Bicycles Australia, Lusty Industries, Five Ten, Royal Racing, ODI and Finish Line Lubricants.
