What brake rotors?

I am looking at some new brake rotors for my new wheelset. I currently have been running Avid Cleansweep X rotors with Elixer Cr's. Thinking of Avid HS1 or Alligator Wind Cutter. Has anyone had any experience with these before or can recommend some others.

The good old Shimano RT75 is still awesome.

Or some fancy ice tec ones.

Yeh Ice Tech seem to get lots of good reviews but I also read that they wont run any cooler if they aren't used with the shimano calliper/pad combo.

They do make a bit of a difference on their own, but you do need the full IceTech package to get the full cooling benefit. I put IceTech rotors in my non-IT SLX brakes a while ago, and there was a slight but definite improvement in brake consistency at the end of long, steep descents.

Ice Tech it is then... Just ordered a pair from CRC. Price was pretty darn good as well so It was a no brainer. Can't wait to get them and hopefully get rid of that horrible sound from the Avid Cleansweep's. Thanks for your input guys.
