Finally got around to drilling out the old cable stops to take full housing and hydraulic lines, rather than ziptieing to the side of the frame.

Hopefully I can work out where the horrendous creak is coming from before tomorrow morning.

Got wifeys new/old commencal supreme dh ridable today. Still needs some polishing but it should be a blast for her at the youies tomorrow.

Really wanna stick some 32mm boxxer world cups on and a beefier brakeset, but it still feels like it's going to be a hoot pointed downwards as is.

A turn of luck put me on a short afternoon/evening shift, so I went for a ride around town before work. I hit some stairs, a wall ride, the grassy quarter pipe, the beach skate park, and the Fletch wall. What a great couple of hours out in the sun on the bike! Only rode the small end today, recent carpark remodelling has awkwardly placed a gutter at the big end which is not close enough to the drop launch for me to make in one big huck over it all. I'll need to find some scraps and make a ramp next time...
