What did you do TO / WITH / FOR your bike today!

It's Not Easy Being Green
I started pulling the Katipo apart for it's overhaul and the main pivot bolt is stuck / seized in place and found the shifter body cracked. I thought it was a little stiff changing...
Update... The axle looks to be fused to the bearing. Gave it a good hammering this morning and the bearing is coming out too. :(

The upper link bolt was as well, but not to the same extent.

Some more soaking and I'll try hitting back in and then out again.

Any other suggestions??

Penetrating oil (I've had the best luck with Liquid Wrench brand), and some freeze spray/mild heating cycles before applying more tapometer?

@shiny It was the complete works from Nigel full upgrade/tune on the fork and a retune on the shock ... Would be very little inside the Lyrik that hasnt been replaced or fondled by him ... It wasnt cheap but the bike definitely rides like a magic carpet now!
Very nice! NSR Tune is on my wish list.
