As the title suggests I'm looking for a workshop / garage space to build furniture, amongst other things in Sydney but have no idea where to look. Suggestions of websites / people to talk to / any other useful information would be great.

- around 20m2 or more
- <$100 a week. Happy to pay more for a larger place as I know a few people who would be interested in splitting the cost.
- Allows noise after hours for powertools (which typically rules out renting someone's unused garage space)
- Secure
- Within 25km of Redfern / Waterloo area
- Ideally some sort of car access for getting timbers to and from work space
