where to ride in south east brisbane?

hi

i live close to Mt Gravat and i'm getting bord of the DH tracks there. was just wondering whether or not there was anything fun in the area worth riding. i'm prepared to ride 5-10 km if necissary.

Daisy Hill and Gap Creek are the places to go in south east QLD. I don't know if they are in riding distance of mt gravat.

Yeah Daisy has a lot of XC trails, but if there are some more DH orientated trails at the Gap, so that probably would be better for your style of riding, but there would be a lot of pushing involved, because there are a lot of hills.

Have fun finding your new riding spot.

Legal DH in Brisbane is pretty much non existent but you should be able to find a few DJ spots around. Go to mtbdirt.com and go to the trail locations page.

The Gap Creek reserve has a semi-DH track, Bronwyns, which is good fun.

By the way I think the stuff on Mt Gravatt isn't legal...

i've been on basicly all the tracks you've stated. thanks anyway.

by the way i heard that the Bronwyns track has been upgraded. is this true? if so what have thay put in/tacken out.
